I voted for Brewpub København myself, but Nørrebro Bryghus came in as a close second. Færgekroen I haven't tried, so I don't know where it would have placed, but from what I've heard it is not that great. :)

You are completely right. My runner up is also Nørrebro Bryghus, and that is manily because they were early movers into bringing good beer and good food together.

Færgekroen brings us annonymos beer that is like the mainstream beer here in Denmark. It's location just by the lake in Tivoli means that it will probably survive even though it is not as interesting as other brewpubs. Location is key for them.

In addition BrewPub Copenhagen was founded by some of the same guys that started the homebrew revolution here, and is well known and respected amoungst beer lovers. Besides their own beers, they have a lot of other interesting beers both on tap and bottle. Finally their bartenders knows the difference besween between a Brown ale and a Porter. Too often I meet employees that do not give a f*ck about beer or your experience.

Let's face it - good waiting and atmosphere tunes up the overal experience and actually makes the beer taste better too. I think this is a bit taboo, because beer tasting is very subjective and a lot of people evaluate beer.
