Making mead (melomel)
Making a big old batch of mead with blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, raspberry and recurrent. The honey comes from bies living in Ejby Mose.
Almost 4kg berries went into the batch right away. Now the hard part begins; the waiting. Fermentation is going on strong, and will continue for 2 months, before the bottleing and aging begins.
Pure gold!
